\"\"Patrick Kadri, Chairman<\/h5>\n

Patrick Kadri was born in 1966 and is a graduate of Ecole Centrale Paris. In 1991, he joined Dumez Ile de France, within the Tendering Department, before being appointed Construction Manager in 1994. In 1997, he moved to Dumez GTM, first as Project Manager of a waste water treatment plant in Bogota, Colombia, and then as Development Manager for South America in 1998. The following year, he took the position of Deputy Director of the Business Unit based in Sao Paulo, Brasil. In 2003, he moved back to France and joined the Executive Committee of SOCATOP<\/a> Joint Venture, in charge of the design and construction of Duplex A86 highway tunnel BOT project, near Paris. In 2004, he was appointed Director of VINCI Construction Grands Projets business in France. Between 2007 and 2011, Southern Europe, Turkey and exceptional bridges business line were added to his purview.
\nIn 2011, he was promoted to the position of Operational Director for France and Mediterranean Europe and joined the Executive Committee of VINCI Construction Grands Projets. Since 2012, his field of responsibility has widened to Operational Director for France, Mediterranean Europe, Africa, Middle East and LNG tanks business line. In January 2017, he was promoted Deputy Chief Executive Officer, Chief Executive Officer in January 2018, and Chairman of VINCI Construction Grands Projets in November 2018.<\/p>\n

\"\"Eric Chambraud,\u00a0Strategy Director<\/h5>\n

Born in 1963, \u00c9ric Chambraud is a graduate of Ecole Sp\u00e9ciale des Travaux Publics de Paris (ESTP). In 1991, following a posting in the former Soviet Union as Scientific and Technical Attach\u00e9 for the French embassy, he joined GTM International as an Engineer. At GTM, he oversaw projects in the Czech Republic from 1991 to 1994 and in Russia from 1995 to 2000. He was then appointed Sector Director for Russia and the CIS at Dumez-GTM. In 2001, he became Sector Director for the British Isles at VINCI Construction Grands Projets; sector directorship for Canada and the USA were added to his responsibilities in 2004 and 2005, respectively.
\nIn 2011, Eric Chambraud was promoted to the position of Director, British Isles, Northern, Central and Eastern Europe, Russia, the Americas, and underground works. In May 2018, he was appointed Strategy Director.<\/p>\n

S\u00e9bastien Bliaut, Entrepose, Central Europe and Northern Europe Operational Director<\/h5>\n

Born in 1969, S\u00e9bastien Bliaut is a graduate of Sup\u00e9lec. After two years as a Project Manager in the electromechanical industry, he joined Dumez-GTM in 1995 as a Design Coordinator and then as Works Manager on the \u00d8resund tunnel site. In 2000, he became Project Manager for the Urbino viaducts in Italy, before joining the head office in 2002 where he was in charge of business development in Central and Southern Europe. He left VINCI Construction Grands Projets in 2005 to manage various projects in the construction of wastewater treatment plants and incineration plants before returning in 2011 to head the Northern Europe sector. In October 2021, he was appointed Operational Director for Central Europe, Northern Europe and Benelux, before taking the reins of the LNG reservoir activities in 2023.<\/p>\n

Pierre Bourgeois, Asia, Building and Hydraulic works Operational Director<\/h5>\n

Pierre Bourgeois was born in 1960 and is a graduate of the \u00c9cole Centrale Paris engineering academy. He joined Campenon Bernard in 1986 as a construction engineer and worked on the Guavio underground hydropower plant project in Colombia. In 1989, he was appointed construction manager for the transfer tunnel project, which was conducted as part of the Lesotho Highland Water Project, and then, in 1995, for the Xiaolangdi Dam project in China. During the 2000s, he was responsible for the construction of a number of engineering works in the Paris region, including the anti-emissions covering of the Boulevard P\u00e9riph\u00e9rique (Paris ring road) at the Porte de Vanves and three civil engineering projects for ADP. In 2010, he took over responsibility for the Asia Region and set up the Hong Kong agency, completing two lots of the Shatin to Central Link metro line and, in 2019, winning the contract for the City Rail Link in Auckland, New Zealand. In July 2023, he was appointed Operational Director for Asia, Building and Hydraulic Works.<\/p>\n

Lionel Ravix, France, Mediterranean Europe and United Kingdom Operational Director<\/h5>\n

Born in 1969, Lionel Ravix is a graduate of INSA Lyon. He began at Campenon Bernard as a design engineer in the methods department in 1995, then served as a works engineer on the Ventabren Viaduct site for the South-East TGV in 1996. In 1998, he joined the Barrails Viaduct project for the A89 motorway in Gironde as assistant construction manager. In 2001, he worked on Socatop, a project completing the ring road around Paris, and became the construction manager in 2003. He moved to London in 2007 to take on the position of assistant to the sector director, and was then appointed Sector Director for the British Isles in 2011. In 2018, he was named Operational Director for France, Europe and Russia and, in 2021, Director for France, Mediterranean Europe and United Kingdom.<\/p>\n

Philippe Tavernier, Qatar, Africa, Middle East and Latine America Operational Director<\/h5>\n

Born in 1966, Philippe Tavernier graduated from \u00c9cole Centrale Paris in 1990. He joined immediately Dumez where he held several positions in France, in Egypt for Cairo metro, and in Greece for the Charilaos Trikoupis or Rion-Antirion bridge<\/a>. After Dumez and GTM merged to become the VINCI group, he was appointed Technical Manager of the high speed rail project CTRL 310 in the United Kingdom, then Section Manager before being named Deputy Project Director of the project in 2004. He moved then to Italy in 2005 as project manager for an LNG Terminal in Brindisi. Then to Oman in 2006 for the Wadi Dayqah Dams<\/a> project. Philippe Tavernier then moved to Qatar in 2008, as Project Manager of the Lusail LRT project for eight years. In April 2016, he was appointed Chief Executive Officer of QDVC and he joined VINCI Construction Grands Projets\u2019 steering committee in February 2017.\u00a0In May 2018, he was promoted Qatar, Africa and Middle East Operational Director, then in 2023, Operational Director for Qatar, Africa, Middle East and Latin America.<\/p>\n

\"\"Marc Roussilhes, North America Operational Director<\/h5>\n

Born in 1967, Marc Roussilhes graduated from INSA Rennes with a degree in Civil Engineering and Urban Planning in 1990. He joined the Bouygues Group in 1990, within its subsidiary Quille Industrie et G\u00e9nie Civil, where he spent 12 years working on construction projects, including the last four years in London. From 2003 to 2008, he served as Managing Director of STIPS, a company specialising in industrial works, including blasting, demolition, asbestos removal, structural reinforcement, decontamination and the redevelopment of industrial sites.
\nFrom 2009 to 2013, he founded and developed the Elite Ing\u00e9nierie Group, notably comprising several engineering consultancies specialising in geotechnical sciences, technical assistance in the energy sector, and the coordination and management of building projects.
\nAt the end of 2013, he joined VINCI Construction Grands Projets to take charge of the Yamal Oil & Gas project in Siberia. Upon his return to France, he then led the construction of the Eole project at La D\u00e9fense.
\nFrom June 2020 to June 2025, he was responsible for production management on the HS2 construction project in Birmingham. In June 2025, he was appointed North America Operational Director.<\/p>\n

\"\"\u00c9tienne Renard, Human Resources Director<\/h5>\n

\u00c9tienne Renard is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris and holds a postgraduate degree in Human Resources from CIFFOP. He has spent his entire career in the field of human resources, beginning with the SHELL Group, where he worked on international human resources development assignments early in his career. He then joined Bouygues Construction as Human Resources Director for specialist Building entities, followed by roles in Public Works.<\/p>\n

In 2011, he was appointed Human Resources Director of Bouygues Travaux Publics, and subsequently of the Public Works Division of Bouygues Construction. In 2023, \u00c9tienne Renard became Group Human Resources Director of ORTEC, before joining the VINCI Group in 2025, where he took on responsibility for Human Resources at VINCI Construction Grands Projets and its Major Projects Division.<\/p>\n

Jean-Luc Toris, Engineering and Technical Capabilities\u00a0Director<\/h5>\n

Jean-Luc Toris was born in 1964. He is a graduate of Ecole Centrale de Paris, specializing in public works, and also holds a Master in industrial engineering and management of technological innovation. In 1989, he joined the large-scale construction division of DUMEZ and took part in major construction projects onsite. In 1994, he became the Manager of the tunnels and interchanges sector on the BPNL work site (Lyon northern ring road). In 1996, at the SOCATOP<\/a> site, he was named Manager of the East Tunnel section; in 2003, management of the Rueil-Malmaison interchange sector was added to his responsibilities. In November 2006, VINCI Construction Grands Projets appointed him Director, Engineering and Technical Capabilities.<\/p>\n

Arnaud Brel, Health, Safety, Environment, Quality & Information systems Director<\/h5>\n

Born in 1975, Arnaud Brel is an Engineer and graduate of Polytech Grenoble in industrial Risk Prevention, Health, Safety, and Environment. He began his career in 2001 at Dumez-GTM as a Health and Safety Manager on the Mont-Blanc tunnel renovation and modernization project. From 2001 to 2004, he held the position of Health, Safety, Quality and Information Technology Manager for VINCI Construction Grands Projets at the Soumagne tunnel worksite in Belgium. Later, he was appointed to the post of Health, Safety, and Quality Director at a subsidiary of VINCI Construction Grands Projets, Socaso, the project manager for the A28, A85 and A11 projects and the Cofiroute service network. In 2006, Arnaud Brel became head of Health, Safety, Quality, and Information Technology services for the highway A19 project. Subsequently, in his capacity as Health, Safety, Environment, Quality, and Information Technology director, he took part in a tunnel-construction project in Detroit in the United States in 2008 and at the Duplex A86 worksite from 2009 to late 2010. In early 2011, he joined the Crossrail project team in London as the head of Quality, Environment, and Information Technology services. In 2012, he was promoted to the position of Director, Health, Safety, Environment, and Quality at VINCI Construction Grands Projets.<\/p>\n

\"\"<\/a>Yoann Cozette, Finance Director<\/h5>\n

Born in 1979, Yoann Cozette is a graduate of HEC Paris and Sciences Po Paris. In 2005, he joined VINCI Construction Grands Projets as administrative and financial manager on a hydraulic project in Jamaica. He then moved on to building projects in the Czech Republic before taking part in VINCI Construction Grands Projets’ first project in Turkmenistan. From 2011, he became head of administration and finance at the operational directions level and successively oversaw emblematic projects such as the Chernobyl Arch in Ukraine, the Yamal LNG project in Siberia, the Cairo metro in Egypt, the Grand Paris Express in France, the HS2 high-speed line in the United Kingdom and the Femern project in Denmark. In 2022, he was promoted to Deputy Chief Financial Officer of VINCI Construction Grands Projets. He has been Chief Financial Officer since 2023.<\/p>\n

Gonzalo Jaspe,\u00a0General Counsel<\/h5>\n

Gonzalo Jaspe was born in 1969 in Buenos Aires in Argentina. He holds a law degree from the University of Buenos Aires and a post-graduate diploma in business law from the University of Panth\u00e9on-Assas Paris II. After a first experience in private practice, Gonzalo joined the former Groupe GTM in 1998 as counsel and worked on a large number of major concession and construction projects worldwide. In 2010, Gonzalo\u00a0 became Deputy General Counsel at VINCI Construction Grands Projets.\u00a0 From 2013 to early 2021, he gained on-the-ground experience as Contracts and Claims Manager on two major construction projects located in Central and South America. In June 2021, Gonzalo was appointed as General Counsel at VINCI Construction Grands Projets.<\/p>\n

Anne-Sophie Royer, Communication Director<\/h5>\n

Anne-Sophie Royer, born in 1981, is a Global Business Communication graduate of Institut Sup\u00e9rieur de communication (ISCOM). She began her career in 2004 at the Construction Material Distribution Division of the Saint-Gobain Group, where she implemented communication on numerous external growth transactions. She joined the VINCI Group in 2007, working at various subsidiaries, including VINCI Construction Filiales Internationales, then VINCI Construction Grands Projets. In September 2014, she moved on to VINCI Construction Terrassement, where a few months later she became Communication Director.\u00a0Her main duties were defining strategy, rolling out the company\u2019s internal and external communication tools and implementing a new brand image, while at the same time driving strong progress in digital media.
