    SANTIAGO AIRPORT (Chile)<\/strong><\/em> \u2013 With 291,000m\u00b2 of floor space, this is the first project we have developed in full BIM mode: BIM is a technology for modelling building data throughout the life cycle of a building. This digital model is useful for the design and construction process, centralising all information.<\/p><\/div>\n

    PROJECT ALILA, KOTA KINABALU (Malaysia) <\/strong><\/em> \u2013 This luxurious \u201cgreen jewel\u201d of a resort is located on the seafront near a mangrove area on the island of Borneo. It was designed and built by our teams for the operator ALILA.<\/p><\/div>\n

    The LOUIS VUITTON FOUNDATION (France)<\/strong><\/em> – The studies on the walls and roofs required 1,500,000 hours of wo rk. First of all, we corrected the reference areas, to ensure they could be built on. This “rationalisation” stage required six months of work and allowed the industrial manufacturing process to begin for the 3,600 curved elements of the glass roofs, the 19,000 concrete fa\u00e7ade panels and their supporting structures.<\/p><\/div>\n

    HOTEL LAPONIE (Finland)<\/strong><\/em> \u2013 Real estate development followed by design-build work in partnership with the future operator for this luxury hotel located far from civilisation, north of the Arctic Circle, in the heart of Lapland.<\/p><\/div>\n

    MONTIJO AIRPORT (Portugal)<\/strong><\/em> \u2013 Under an ECI (Early Contractor Involvement) contract, a reworking of the existing preliminary design with a view to improving and optimising the project both economically and environmentally. The efforts of our technical teams and the solutions presented to achieve LEED GOLD certification for the entire airport \u2013 which will also be a world first<\/strong> <\/em>\u2013 have also reduced the carbon footprint of the initial project by 27% in TeqCO2 over the life cycle of the building and related structures.<\/p><\/div>\n

We took account of all the necessary flow, safety and security constraints for receiving IEC delegations. Combined with a 150-room palace-style hotel, decorated in a Parthe style, this unique complex comes with all the assurances offered by a unique skillset in this field.<\/p><\/div>\n

Our experts put forward a specific technical solution to enable better channelling of run-off water during heavy rainfall, which is a common occurrence in this part of the world.<\/p><\/div>\n
