Sheraton Park Project

Doha now has its treed green space in the heart of the West Bay business district thanks to the Sheraton Park Project, which was delivered by our subsidiary QDVC. The contract covered design and construction of a landscaped park, four levels of underground parking for 2,700 cars, a 66-kilovolt substation, two 11-kilovolt substations, and a tunnel under the Corniche to provide access to the Convention Centre located opposite the Sheraton Hotel.

Odéon tower

The Odeon marks the return of tower construction in the Principality of Monaco. The two-tower high-rise is designed to accommodate retail, business, and residential space. It features two wings, with 44 and 49 floors respectively, resting on a shared foundation slab above 10 parking levels.
At 170 metres, it is currently the tallest tower on the Rock of Monaco. The tower is famous for its high-end finishing touches and, at launch, was home to the world’s most expensive apartment, a 3,300-m² penthouse.

Palac Tesnov

Palac Tesnov is a two-building complex consisting of 6 storeys connected by a walkway. It is located in the Karlin district in Prague and features 14,000 m² of office space as well as 4,000 m² of retail space. This project was yet another opportunity for VINCI Construction Grands Projets to work with the city of Prague, where the Company had already built, in proximity to Palac Tesnov, the Hilton Hotel and the Florenc building.
In fact, this project is part of an ongoing relationship with Prague: it is the Company’s seventh achievement in the Czech capital in only fifteen years.

Four Seasons Hotel

North of the Charles Bridge on the banks of the Vltava River, facing the castle, stands Prague’s Four Seasons Hotel. This five-star establishment is ideally located in the heart of the old city and consists of 3 buildings from the 16th, 17th, and 19th centuries that are listed as UNESCO World Heritage sites.
In addition, 2 new buildings have been harmoniously integrated into this historical architectural setting, thereby providing a touch of modernity to it.

European Investment Bank

In 2002, the European Investment Bank (EIB) launched a worldwide competition for the construction of its new building. Following a European call for tenders, VINCI Construction Grands Projets was awarded the construction contract in March 2005. A modern and innovative design was selected for this new building.
The structure is enclosed in a see-through cylindrical glass casing consisting of 9 storeys of office space, 2 levels of underground parking, 3 heated atria, and 3 winter gardens with natural ventilation covering a total area of 72,000 m². The structure features future-proof design in that it reduces energy consumption and CO2 emissions into the atmosphere.

Berjaya Central Park

After the success of the largest residential and shopping complex, Berjaya Times Square, built in the 2000s, VINCI Construction Grands Projets is signing another agreement with the same client (Berjaya Group) for the construction of the new Berjaya Central Park.
With this project, VINCI Construction Grands Projets is once again building a colossal structure of more than 185,000 m² combining a 46-storey office building and a second 48-storey tower housing the Ritz Carlton hotel.

Tour Menara Hap Seng – Plaza Shell

Following the delivery of several building projects in Malaysia, VINCI Construction Grands Projets was called on to design a 10-storey office tower at Kota Kinabalu on the island of Borneo. The building features 4 levels of underground parking, a 3-level podium with a retail vocation, and a 10-floor tower. The building covers a total area of 65,000 m².
Presently, the tower accommodates several restaurants, a bank, offices in the petroleum industry, and numerous showrooms (Honda, Hap Seng Star, Mercedes-Benz, and Hap Seng Properties).

Société Générale Head Office

Rising more than 160 m above the esplanade at La Défense, the 36 and 37-floor towers, Chassagne and Alicante, respectively, were built in 1995 for Société Générale.
The buildings cover a total surface area of 204,000 m2, stand 40 m apart, and include conventional office space. Like two parts of a cylinder slashed in the middle, they are connected by a series of trading rooms in the heart of the bank.

Hilton Hotel in Frankfurt

The “Stadtbad Mitte” Hilton Hotel located in Frankfurt’s financial district close to the Alte Oper is a two-building complex. The first building is a 13-storey hotel; the second houses a swimming pool (there were originally two swimming pools in this building, but only one was preserved for use as part of the hotel complex). The hotel includes 345 rooms, 14 presidential suites, a multi-functional hall with seating for 600, six conference rooms, two restaurants, one bar, one fitness centre, and a 25-metre swimming pool. The hotel’s net floor area is 29,000 m2.

Meridien Hotel

The Meridien Hotel in Bora-Bora is a tourism complex built on the island of Bora-Bora located 220 kilometres northwest of the island of Tahiti. The hotel, which is managed by the Meridien group, is a high-end, 4-star establishment.
It consists of 100 bungalows, including 85 perched over a large lagoon at 2.5 metres above the water, with the remaining 15 sitting on land surrounding a small lagoon. The bungalows are clustered into two 2 groups. A pontoon-and-footbridge network links the bungalows to the mainland.
