1. Submitting your candidacy
You can submit your candidacy on our recruitment site: Candidates’ space.
All candidacies received on the site in response to a job offer are processed promptly.
Your candidacy is assessed by the Human Resources department. If you are preselected, you will be invited to take part initially in a phone interview. The purpose of the interview is to assess your skill sets with regard to the employment position’s requirements and to evaluate your interpersonal skills and knowledge of the company.
3. Interview with the HR department
If the phone interview is favourable, we continue the process by inviting you to attend an interview with our Human Resources department and, later, to complete a personality test (questionnaire). As part of the interview, we will discuss our company and organisational structure and we will evaluate your capacity to join the company and develop your career with us over the long term.
4. Interview with an operations manager
If your interview with HR is favourable or alongside your HR interview, you will be invited to an interview with the operations manager who is recruiting for the vacant position and with his/her supervisors and/or other persons in the division to which you are applying for employment. In addition to your technical skill sets, the manager will assess whether you are a good fit for the position and his/her team.
5. Successful candidacy
If your candidacy is successful, the Human Resources department will contact with a verbal offer of employment and detailed conditions. If you accept the verbal offer, a written offer will be sent to you and an employment contract will be drawn up.
